Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet from the ledger
Every client’s financial statements come straight from their posted entries, with last year alongside, ready to print or download.
Profit & Loss
Income, cost of sales, gross profit, expenses and net profit for the financial year, with the previous year as a comparative column.
Balance Sheet at any date
Draw the Balance Sheet at the year end or at any date in between. Current-year earnings and retained earnings brought forward are split according to the client’s financial year.
Earlier years, and downloads
- Pick an earlier financial year to print last year’s accounts after the new year has started.
- Download either statement as PDF or CSV.
- Amounts posted straight to a heading account are shown on their own line, so the statements always add up.
